New Construction Grant Increase Bill in Senate Appropriations

The Senate Appropriations Committee will hear Assembly Bill 100 (Mullin) on Monday, July 7, 2008.  AB 100 would guarantee a five percent more than inflation new construction grant increase on January 1, 2009, and four percent on January 1, 2010.
